Tuesdays 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Tuesdays are set aside for teen sessions by appointment. Call and reserve this time for you and your friends to experience one or more classes. Class size is limited to 6 students.

Teens Ages 16 – 18 years
A lesson in oil painting (learn Joyce’s own popular knife painting technique). Lessons also incorporate utilization of color theory needed for successful painting. Each student is encouraged to discover his/her own artistic preferences and style while receiving personal assistance with drawing, selection of subjects and color mixing. Class is designed to give the student a jump on college level Oil Painting and Color Theory. Materials list and guidelines are given at sign up.
Young Teens Ages 13 – 15 years
For young teens with an interest in trying a variety of mediums including oil painting with brushes and knives, pastels, charcoal, watercolor, life drawing and paper collage. A brief overview of color theory is covered along with some discussion of famous artists related to mediums. Some art supplies provided.
