Made in Soviet times, There is a factory marks, I believe in the 1930's - 1950's

Silver plated, heavy solid brass, weight 156 grams, dimensions 108 x 90 x 17 mm. (4.3” x 3.5”)

Condition: Good Vintage condition with signs of wear and use. The hinges and lock are in good condition.
