This book has damage on the front and back as seen in picture's. The spine and pages are in good shape. The gold on the side of the pages seemed to gotten stuck over time since it was not opened that's why the side looks a little off. I opened it up to pull them gently apart but they didn't seem to be damaged at all. The map store was thumb tacked up so it has small corner holes. This item will be shipped with care.
