This brand is Northern Spirit Wear which is a Hudson's Bay Brand sold in the 80s and 90s. It's a Men's Brand but it's fits more like a Women's Coat due to sleeve length. I'd estimate it's a Men's Medium/Women's Large. Please see measurements below.
