Handknit double-thick wool hat, size women's medium. As shown in photos, this hat is knitted in a long tube that is closed on both ends, so that one end of the tube can be store pushed inside to make a lining for the hat. The brim can be worn folded up, or unfolded for a slouchy look. The hat is knitted from Jojoland Melody, a superwash Merino wool yarn with gradually changing colors, and from several shades of superwash wool and nylon blend sock yarn. Fine yarn and small needles and at least 12 hours of knitting make this hat soft and squishy, warm and cozy. Colors are reds, browns, tans, and purples, knitted in a Fair Isle stripe design. Approximate measurements: Circumference 21 inches, Height (brim folded) 8-1/2 inches, Height (brim unfolded) 10 inches. Hand wash and dry flat.
