Vintage retro 1970's hand blown Murano art glass free form butterfly sculpture bowl. Shimmering in speckles of gold metallic aventurine shin with reflection against a wild looking leopard-like pattern highlighted by a rim forest green with a bright white back all encased by a thick layer of luminescent clear crystal. No label, it is a scarcity to find one intact as most were lost over time.

This stunning creation was crafted by talented glass artists and are treasured pieces of art. Each are unique and widely collected for their captivating curves, detailing and superb craftsmanship.

Hand blown art glass may have irregularities, air bubbles, tool marks and inclusions contained within the glass and there may be surface wear on the base/body. These issues are considered normal and to be expected in handcrafted vintage store glassware.

In very-very - great condition with small @ 1/2" linear chip more like an air bubble popped on one of the edge decorative small swirl -see photo #3 I tried to get a good pic of it- and @ an 1" long scratch on the back.
