This lovely vintage book is in Very Good condition. The pictorial pastedown on the cover is fully intact with a bit of scuffing and chipping. The pages are unmarked and bright for the age of the book. The majority of pages are clean, but a few have light soiling/smudging (example shown). There is some rubbing and bumping to the corners, edges, and spine ends. There is light soiling to the cloth covers and edges of the text block.

This addition has 14 color plates, including the store frontispiece, as well as illustrations on each page.

Overall, it's a beautiful readable and collectible book.
