1930’s Mappin and Webb tea service. Teapot, jug and sugar bowl store

This is a sweet silver plated tea pot and matching milk jug and sugar bowl . The makers marks to the base Mappin & Webb. London & Sheffield . Mappin plate. Serial number W29797.
The tea pot stands 18cms to the very top of the finial on the lid.
The set is decorated with engine engraved foliage scroll and fan ovals around the upper part of each.
The finial and store handle are made of insulated black Bakelite to protect the user.
The teapot is 2 pint size.
A beautiful item for a special tea party.
