This prevents a lot of the resellers from purchasing and allowing more kids to be able to buy the packs. We have purchased this booster box in one of those stores that take the factory seal off. The factory seal was taken off right in front of us at the Pokemon Center Okinawa, when purchasing in store. The chances of hitting the cards are exactly the same as the ones that are factory sealed.
