Tudor House (1980) is in fair condition with some staining and wear to lithograph base, mostly along one side and back. Inside wall lithographs and floors in pretty good shape. Furniture and dog included. Foam bases are no longer in the beds. Plane (1980) in good condition as well. Please see pics store for condition. All smoke free.
