I ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
I ship usps priority and insured. I am not responsible for damages caused by USPS mishandling, damage or delays and if a package with plants has been left outside or mailbox for more than 6 hours.
In the event the plant arrives in poor condition please send clear photos or video within 2 hours of receiving the package.
Everyone's growing conditions and methods are different - it is your responsibility to make sure that the plant gets acclimated store correctly and is thriving in your care. However I would be happy to share my experience and talk hoyas!
