This is a rare Tiffany and Co puffy star brooch pin. It is stamped Mexico and from my research it seems that this style was made in Mexico and is rare to find. I have not had it autnenticated but I did get this pin from someone who worked for a department store and was given numerous Tiffany, Cartier, and other designer jewelry during her employment. It comes with a Tiffany Box and pouch.
