Its factory reseted 32GB No sim card of store course works fine no charger with it or box package it with care Tends to over heat when turned on sometimes so its like you need to put it near a cooler for awhile and than the wifi sometimes turns on and off so you would have to restart it sometimes (unless you want to have someone fix everything ) corners are scratched up no broken screen.
