Sycamore wooden salt keeper. Also works great for other spices or sugar. The lid prevents any contamination between uses.

This container was hand turned on a wood lathe. The container was turned from sycamore wood and painted with milk paint on the exterior. The container has been finished with food safe walnut oil and beeswax. Homemade shellac is also used in the finishing process.

This container doesn't have to be used as a spice container. It would also function well as a keepsake box for jewelry or other trinkets.

Approximate dimensions 4 1/2" X 3 3/4” Tall. Bottom is 2” tall and has an interior dimension of 3 3/8" wide.
