If you have a certain requirement for a product such as custom sizing or you simply want a special design, I would be happy to make it for you. Just send me a message about what you want and we can start from there.

There is no extra fee for custom sizes.

Return policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in 14 days from the delivery date. For the return to be accepted, the products must be unused, in the initial state and packed in the original packing. Each order is covered in tissue paper, all packed in a durable box.

Shipping

I'm trying to ship all the orders as fast as I can, but it depends on the order queue. Because every product is handmade and needs individual attention, shipping orders can take from 7 to 14 days. Once they are shipped, it takes 3-5 days for delivery to be made.
Please keep in mind that there might be circumstances (such as bad weather, special events or holidays) that are beyond anyone's control and may affect your delivery time.

Customs Duty and Taxes

For international order, Customs Duty and Taxes can apply, depending on the law in each country. These costs are borne by the Client. Because taxation is influenced by different criteria, we can't predict these costs, thus we recommend to contact the local Customs office or taxation authority for precise information.
