CATCHMENT NOTES 3

The location for these paintings is the moorland area around Langfield Edge Todmorden. The land here is criss crossed with small water-related features, whether that be the vegetation, the tussocks of couch grass, the mounds of sphagnum, the small ponds and pools that come and go with the seasons,. Then there is the hardware, the conduits and drains put there to manage the water for the mills.
