Marked 750 (18k) with multiple other brand markings that I cannot read. The one pearl is real and is in good condition. The other is fake and is damaged. I believe at one point this had two real pearls but a bad repair job was done. Setting is store gorgeous, quite thick and wide, very substantial. Weighs 4.8g (weight taken without damaged fake pearl) ST6.
