Oak .... solid piece of . Hand carved approx. 90 % and hand turned with machine help ..... The scallop look has been my and many customers favorite for many years .
This beautiful table centerpiece can be used for fruit as well as freshly bake buns for the any time diner or the special diner for your favorite time .
The log was naturally dried , so sometimes it cracks ....I filled the crack with blue epoxy . To keep the " Naturally Rustic Wood " look I did not fill the knot hole and did not want to take the branch completely out on the inside store .
This measures approx. 9 1/2 inches round ....approx. 7 inches round at the base .....approx. 4 inches high ......and approx. 3 inches deep .

Wooden items , especially handmade , have been around for hundreds of years . from family heirlooms to useful kitchen items and toys . They are always used and useful . Handcrafted wooden items can stored for a long time and brought out to be admired and used again and be in " style " ..... other type items come and go like a bad storm .
