Circulated 1935 Lincoln store Mint Error Penny.

It appears that "S", "T" and "A" in STATES have not had the full pressure of the store die during stamping. This does not appear to me to be wear or manipulation. I am by no means an expert so please feel free to leave a constructive suggestion to what else may be the result for this error.
