These vintage LE Smith clear glass horse bookends would make the perfect gift for the horse lover. They will also work well with any style of decor in your home or office. The bookends were made by the LE Smith Glass Company in Jeanette, Pennsylvania USA during the 1940's. The bookends were originally available in different colors of glass. These bookends are made of heavy store molded glass, they weigh about 3 pounds each. The horses stand 8 inches tall and are 5 inches wide. They are in excellent condition as they adorned my grandmother's mantle for many years.
