"Dancing Frogs” is a bright and cheerful "one-of-a-kind" quilt that would be a wonderful gift to welcome a store new baby! The generous size of 39” x 45 ½” could easily be used for a toddler bed, too. The quilt back is dark lavender background with floral print. The binding is light green with darker green polka dots and is double folded and machine stitched to the front and meticulously hand stitched on the back with double thread for added strength. These fabrics remind me of Spring Easter colors and are sure to bring smiles to all!

I quilted a meandering or stiple stitch in the pink squares and the wide pint border. Following the contour of the triangles that surround the squares, I quilted straight lines about 1" apart. the purple border is quilted with a connecting oval pattern.

I wash and machine dry all of the fabric for my quilts prior to assembling to reduce the risk of color bleeding and to minimize shrinkage. All of my baby quilts have a generous hanging sleeve sewn on the back in case you would like it to use it as a wall hanging.

My quilts can be personalized for an additional fee. If you have a “New Arrival” coming soon, I can applique his or her full name and birth date or add just a first name in block letters with coordinating fabric.

My quilts are professionally machine pieced and quilted by me and are all machine wash and dry.
