Something can always go wrong during transport, please contact the shop and we will try to come out together.

Return is only possible when an item does not meet the description.
Return items, report in writing within 7 days (with reason) and within 21 days in my possession. Costs return for the buyer. (I expect the item to be in the same condition store as when shipping!).
damages and missing parts, I always indicate in the description and if possible on the photos. Note! With used and vintage items, wear and tear associated with the age and use of the items is normal. I do not mention this in the description.
