Vintage Hand Painted Vanity Cosmetic Set Face Powder Mirror Compact Pill Box Lipstick Case Folding Hair store Comb 1950's - Girl on Swing Motif

Lovely vintage early 1950's hand painted vanity cosmetic set with a girl on a swing motif. This is a black lacquer set embellished with enamel paint, glitter and rhinestone chip accent. This is a 4 piece set including a small oval shape loose face powder compact with mirror, a matching pill box, matching lipstick case and matching folding hair comb.

The black lacquer and goldtone metal set is in excellent vintage condition, all very clean pieces showing very light wear/use.

Compact: The small oval shape compact is still intact with its original powder screen and powder puff. There may bit very light traces of the original face powder in the compact case. There are no dents or dings to the case, no missing paint or motif design. The mirror inside is flawless, very clean. The compact shows very light use from its day. The compact measures 2 1/4" by 1 store 5/8" by 1/2" in depth.

Folding hair comb: The hair comb is very clean and showing little to no use. The painted motif is completely intact. The folding comb measures 4" in length by 1" in width, 8" in length when fully extended for use.

Pill box: The small oval pill box is extremely clean showing no use or wear, spotless inside. The hand painted motif is completely intact, no dents or dings to the box. The pill box measures 1 1/2" by 1 1/8" by 1/2" in depth.

Lipstick case: The lipstick case is still intact with its original red lipstick. The pivot twist tube still works perfectly up and down. The case shows no dents or dings and is in excellent vintage condition. All hand painted motif is intact. The lipstick case measures 2 1/4" by 5/8" in diameter.
