I have zero idea on how it works. It's been in my family for generations. If you know a good antique place that cleans stuff up, it'll shine like new. It's being sold as is. I don't know the date of when it's store made or how old it is or anything about it. I would like to sell it and have it go to a collector or someone who will enjoy it for years to come!
