These two first editions by Elbert Hubbard are being sold together. The first written in 1923 and are musings of Elbert Hubbard, with no intention of publication.
"Elbert Hubbard's Scrape Book" is made of thoughts, poetry and works of others that were thought provoking to Hubbard and were for his own personal journey.
"The Note Book of Elbert Hubbard" is compilation of his own philosophies, truisms, quotes and understanding of mankind.
These Books were made by the Roycrofters, a reformist community of craft workers and artists which formed part of the Arts and Crafts movement in the United States-of which Elbert Hubbard was a founder. They definitely have an Arts & Crafts feel to them!
