American store Brilliant Cut Glass Oval Dish

store American Brilliant Cut Glass oval dish. There are cut hobstars, fans, pinwheels and cane cuts. There are no marks to indicate who cut it. We are dating it to have been made 1900. It measures 6 3/4" by 5 1/2". It is about 1 3/8" tall. Very nice clarity. There are a few minor chips on the inside rim. Overall condition is good.
