I believe it's a 83…. Comes with Ross frame, stem handlebar pad and stem pad. Fork is a 80s Tange  Overall frame and fork are free from the defects  Chrome finish is in fairly decent shape. Could use a polish. A few of the decals are still intact. Nice survivor Would make a store nice low budget 80s BMX build.  See some of my other sale items additional parts could aid in the build process.
