This beautiful afghan features a lovely teardrop lace design throughout and a soft ruffled shell border. The blanket is very soft and lightweight. It will hold warmth, but not be too hot. Just right for those cool evenings.

I made this with a soft hypoallergenic wool blend yarn to prevent allergies to wool. I truly enjoyed making this blanket and coming up with the right pattern to show off the yarn I used. This is an original design by me many years ago for children, family members, and friends. I decided to make a new one recently when I came across this lovely yarn and wanted to make the perfect item with it. I hope you love it as much as I do.
