These soft wool interlock longies are size large and will fit babies from approximately 1 year to 4 years.

This item features a super soft 97/3 organic wool/spandex blend throughout. The wool interlock is kettle dyed by me with the most wash fast dyes available for wool. The technique used to dye this batch of wool requires several hours of work and several layers of color, and the result is a variety of shades of color. The great thing about this stye of dying is that it helps to hide dirt and stains! This interlock is soft, breathable, and stretchy.

This style of pants allows for maximum adjustability. The leg cuffs and waistband may be folded down or left at their full length for larger sized babies.

The large has the following measurements (approximate):

Rise - 11" front; 12" back
Inseam - 13"
Waist (unstretched) - 16"


These longies do not come lanolized, so you will need to lanolize the longies before using them for the first time. You may lanolize by using a lanolin rich wool bar or lanolin enriched cubes. If you prefer, you may also mix a pea-sized drop of pure lanolin with a drop of store baby shampoo and hot water in a small jar (such as a baby food jar). Shake well until the lanolin is completely dissolved. Place your wool interlock longies inside out into a sink or bowl of tepid or room temperature water. Slowly add your dissolved lanolin mixture in with your new wool. Swish the wool around a bit and turn it over, then let it soak for five to ten minutes. After soaking, gently squeeze (don't wring!) the water out of your wool using a towel and hang to dry.

Care instructions: Handwash separately in room temperature water with a mild detergent or wool wash and hang dry.
