Q: Can you customise a shoe I have chosen from your shop, in my chosen colour, style and heel height?
A: Yes, we can discuss exactly what you would like for your shoe, colour and materials used, and send you styles to choose from. This is done as a “special order”.

Q: Can you complete shoes and dispatch them quickly?
A: Completing customised shoes usually takes approx. 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how busy I am. I will always contact you to give an approximate completion time. If you want them quicker I will endeavour to complete for your deadline as a priority order. However, I will not compromise on quality and design, so will not “rush” an order.

Q: Will you copy a shoe that I have seen elsewhere?
A: No, I will not copy someone else's art work, but will do something very similar for you.

Q: Are the shoes “true to size”?
A: Yes my shoes are generally true to size. Please be aware that due to materials used, glitter and Decoupage shoes can sometimes feel a little “tight”.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Because of the nature store of customisation and personalising of shoes I cannot accept returns, unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event of a fault, please inform me as soon as possible, and allow me time to rectify the problem , to replace, or refund within 30 days from dispatch time. I will always put extra embellishments in your package, with care instructions. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If incorrect size has been ordered and dispatched, I cannot accept the return, due to customisation.

POSTAGE:
I cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed, damaged or lost in the post. Customers are informed immediately goods are dispatched. I will always hold proof of postage.
