Product code: Vintage 1965 store Operation board game 3
All original, is used, due to it's age and being used it shows normal signs of wear and tear (mainly tears and rips on the corners of store the top of the box) but nothing major and considering it's age is in great shape, a few of the "body part" pieces are missing and all the cards and money seem to be here :).
