Pair of red clay ceramic pottery spaniel figurines with a unique chocolate brown and tortoise shell glaze. Vintage to the 1970s and inspired by the antique mantle dogs of store Staffordshire, this matched pair is in beautiful condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, prior repairs, or other compromising imperfections. The pieces are hollow (great for stability), and no makers mark was found on either the interior or exterior of either dog. Approximate measurements are 7.5” in height, 5” in length, and 4” wide.
