FAULTY GOODS

Please wait 10 working days after the shipping date before contacting me with regards not receiving your item. All packages are sent Royal Mail Second Class or International Standard. We have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for International Customers.

RETURNED MAIL

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was incorrect
2) The package was unclaimed when the postal service attempted to delivered
