This is such a wonderful piece, sure to make you smile!
We are unsure of the maker, but it is signed on the bottom FA 33 Italy. See pictures.

In excellent condition, no chips or cracks, and beautifully painted and finished. There is one very tiny area, the store size of a pencil tip on his blue tail where the paint has flaked away. This guy needs a home that truly appreciates his Italian look!!! He is a nice sized bank measuring approximately 9" at his longest, and about 8" at his tallest. Still contains the stopper to complete the bank.
