Daredevil #5, Marvel Comics, Matador, First Appearance, Silver Age, Jack store Kirby

Manuel Eloganto is a disgraced bull fighter who was gored by a bull during his final fight. He turns his matador skills into a tool of evil and becomes a thief. Wally Wood becomes the permanent artist involved with this series and Jack Kirby pencilled the matador on the cover. This book is not professionally graded but is a really clean low-grade item - maybe a 3.0. The cover is clean but has chipping along the edges and corners with larger faults illustrated in photo #5. The first page has a ripped section in the upper left corner along the spine and the last page of advertisements is missing. Someone has written $1.00 on the back cover. While there is discoloration on the inside back cover and the text pages are tanning, there is no writing, underlining, creasing, watermarks, or tears into the copy. Book actually looks better than it sounds but one should be aware it isn't pristine. It will be sent insured for your protection.

Returns for Damaged Goods: In the unfortunate event that this package arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will need a photograph of the item and packaging for insurance purposes. This must be sent within three (3) days. You will be refunded through the insurance process so your cooperation is required.

Returns for Other Reasons: Sometimes the magic just doesn't work and you need to make a return. If this is the case, contact us immediately and return the item within five (5) days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for these return shipping costs. Your refund will be minus any expenses incurred in the fulfillment of your order.

Some Additional Notes:
• We strongly suggest you store insure your return shipment and acquire a tracking number. Returned items must be received in good condition and if damaged or lost in return will not be refunded. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.

• If you've received an empty box, you will need to report it to the Post Office as mail theft. To aid you in your claim, we photograph each package and its contents before shipping and will be happy to provide you with any photos necessary.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• All payment processors and Etsy require that the item be returned before a refund can be given. If the refund is for damaged goods your shipping expenses will be fully refunded.

• If, after three (3) days, we have not heard from you regarding any problems with your purchase we will consider the transaction good and complete and the window for returns closed.
