Due to differences in monitors and screen resolutions, colours may appear slightly different in real life. This is a ready to ship item and you will receive the item shown in the photographs.
Disclaimer: The price you see includes the cost of shipping the item to your country, which varies due to location of buyer. Etsy may advertise that you get "Free Shipping", I am not as this is not the case and no business can afford to offer genuinely "Free Shipping", not even big online retailers, the cost will be added in somewhere. This item ships from England, UK so if you're in the UK the next bit will not apply to you. The price also does not include any import taxes that may be imposed by Customs Officers in the delivery destination Country as import allowances and tax percentages vary Country by Country. You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying those so please bear that in mind when ordering, although the declared item value that I write on the Customs label, on which import tax will be calculated, will not include the shipping amount and therefore will be less than you pay for the item.
How to clean the shawl:
Clean by gently placing in cool water and a specialist delicate soap such as SOAK or Eucalan and allow to soak for 30 minutes, no vigorous rubbing is needed. Gently squeeze out the excess water (do not wring), place on a clean towel and roll it up then press down gently on the towel to soak up as much as possible. Lay out flat on a clean surface, using pins and/or blocking wires to gently stretch the shawl out to shape and maintain its beauty.
Want to buy as a gift?
All my shawls are sent out in a brand new sturdy white ribbon tie gift box with tissue paper surrounding the shawl for protection and a couple of other special little packaging details that you only get when buying handmade. The gift box is then placed in a cardboard mailing carton to protect the gift box and then in a showerproof mail bag prior to dispatch. This is my standard packaging and I don't charge extra for this. If you're buying as store a gift you won't need to gift wrap and they won't guess what it is until they open the box.
