How it works:

1. Please, CONTACT ME before placing your order. Sending me a message with a photograph and the detailed description of the custom doll.
In your descriptions, please be sure to include:

- Skin Color
- Eye Color
- Hair Color
- Special Outfit
- Any special request: Tattoos, Glasses, Favorite pair of shoes, the more detail, the better!

2. After we have agreed on the details of the doll, you can make your purchase.

3. Once I receive your order, I will confirm with a message, and the dolls will be made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks.

4. When your order is finished, I will send you the photographs of your custom doll, before shipping .



PACKAGING
There are two different packaging, depending on the place of delivery:

Handmade Cloth Bag (USA/Europa) : The doll comes packaged in a cloth bag which is carefully decorated with the name of the doll written on it.

Handmade Box (Italia). : The doll comes in a box handmade by the artist. The name of the doll is written in the box. There is also the possibility of customizing the writing as desired.


SHIPMENT

STANDARD: Delivery times in Italy (3-5) working days - rest of the world 15-21 working days.

DHL- EXPRESS: Delivery times in Italy (1-2) working days - rest of the world 3-5 working days.
