1930's sailor boy chalk ware I think these were once used as carnival prizes. He is in really good condition considering his age and a wonderful vintage whimsy! Please see all store photos. Some wear of the paint colors but no cracks or large chunks missing He's fully intact and in wonderful vintage condition. He's withstood the test of almost 100yrs.
