For sale here is an original vintage roll down school chart of
SNAIL - JUNG, KOCH, QUENTELL
Produced by Hagemann in Germany in 1969.

This beautifully illustrated chart shows snails in their natural environment as well as in some anatomical detail against a dark background.
This chart has the original paper key in German.

CONDITION
Printed on paper and backed store with canvas, this chart has a black wooden dowel top and bottom.
It has spent most of it's life rolled up in a cupboard so the colours are still fresh and bright.
Obviously these charts are not new so please check all photos before purchase.

There is some light wear to the edges and near the top middle but the overall condition is pretty good.

These old charts were produced as educational tools for schools and colleges by teacher Heinrich Jung, artist and biologist Gottlieb von Koch and college director, Doctor Friedrich Quentell.
First published by Frommann and Morian in the early 1900's Hagemann became involved in the production around 1928 first in conjunction with Frommann and Morian then on their own from around 1963.

You can find modern reprints of these charts from many online sellers but they lack the atmosphere and history of the vintage ones.
