I found a beautiful Lia Sophia branded pendant at a local thrift shop, but when I tried to wear it, it wasn't quite my cup of tea. No worries! I decided to turn it into part of the closure for this beautiful bag, designed completely around its gorgeous geometric patterning. The entire bag is crocheted holding a strand of recycled single use shopping bag yarn (plarn) I cut by hand and a strand of a corresponding color of acrylic yarn. Plarn is 100% post consumer.
Dimensions of the primary body of the bag are an exterior of 16" height and a 11" width. Interior of the main pocket dimensions are 14" tall by 9 1/2" wide. The main body of the bag is lined with 100% cotton, which has been hand sewn into place. The smaller pocket, while being store decorative, is also functionally large enough to comfortably secure a tablet or small laptop at 10 1/2" in height by 7 3/4" wide. Braided carrying strap measures a generous 54" in length.
Care for bag is machine wash separately on delicate cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Do NOT iron or apply heat.
