Backstamped with Whiting hallmark and Sterling
The scalloped bowl is gold vermeil with an intricate design

This beautiful, regal serving spoon was made in 1880 By Whiting Manufacturing in New York. It was found at an estate sale in historic Savannah, Ga.

Nut store spoons have other uses such as a spoon for candies, sugar cubess.
