A pair of sterling silver cufflinks with a hammered, domed design. The finished domed section is approximately 20mm across and is fabricated from 1mm thick sterling silver. To emphasise the hammered effect, the cufflinks are chemically oxidised store and then brushed to leave a matte finish.

The cufflink has a classic sprung-hinged 'toggle' also in sterling silver.

The listing photograph shows a similar aesthetic, but it can be seen that the patterns have subtle differences. Each pair have a hammered textured pattern but no two are ever identical.

Apparently, if the 'Rules of Etiquette' are to be believed, a double-cuff shirt with cufflinks is only to be worn in combination with a suit, never with a jacket and jeans. Some still maintain that cufflinks shouldn't be worn before one's 30 birthday.

I don't subscribe to such a restrictive convention - wear them how you like, as long as you enjoy wearing them...

For gentlemen (and ladies) who prefer to wear their shirts with cufflinks (with or without jeans/suit/whatever...), just enjoy them.
