Vintage translucent Bakelite store Catalin root beer swirl brown clip on earrings necklace matching set tortoiseshell retro plastic boho deco

These two translucent pieces of jewelry are made of Bakelite/Catalin (phenolic resin) and feature a lovely marbled swirl pattern of dark brown in a light brown “root beer” or tortoiseshell color. They have store been simichrome tested and positively identified as genuine Bakelite/Catalin.

The brooch measures 2.5” x 3”

The earrings measure 2.25” x 7/8” each

Both the brooch and earrings have minor signs of wear and age all over including discoloration on the metal pin and findings, but are generally in very good vintage condition.
