store This is a natural, birds-nest specimen found in the Boston area after it had been abandoned. It is a large, solid nest measuring approximately 4.5 inches tall by 6-7 inches in diameter at its fullest with the bowl section measuring 2.5 inches deep by 4 inches wide. I have placed an extra-large, chicken egg in the bowl so you can get an idea of the size. Sorry but I don't know what kind of bird created this amazing home. It is made with various-sized pieces of grass, straw & twigs with a thick, mud-packed, nesting cup. It's in great shape with not even a crack in the mud.
