166 Lapis Lazuli 8mm x 18 inch necklace with 1 inch x 1 1/2 inch pendant of large Lapis Lazuli gemstone with store silver clasp and surround

This is a one of a kind, for now, as we create more of them we are working on now. It has store the best lapis lazuli beads we have ever seen and the pendant is the same rich color and polished surface. The pendant is surrounded with and backed with silver as is the clasp.

The beads are 8 mm and the pendant is approx. 1 inch wide by 1 1/2 inch tall.

We bought these beads at a gem show in Washington, D.C. over ten months ago from a seller who told us that the beads were from Tanzania and this is the first chance we have had to bring them out and create something beautiful from them. The pendant is a perfect match for the beads even though we bought it from a gemstone supplier in the Ukraine. We bought enough to make several necklaces but they take quite a bit of work and time matching the beads so that they form a continuous band of dazzling blue.
