Small Antique Victorian Satin Glass FIGURINE of a BOY licking a store SPOON Clean!

I do not know the original purpose for this beautifully detailed boy figurine. On the back there is a tree stump which had a small brass holder that store might have held a candle or other object. It was also mounted 0n a colored glass base. The figure is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
