This has never been ran in my possession, it's got no backplate, exhaust or spark store plug and is in very good condition. I've always kept the openings covered and it has good compression, I haven't found a use for it so I decided someone else could probably use it, what you see is what you get. Parts are accessible on eBay and still a perfect truck engine.
