I offer both Maple and Cherry options. The Maple board is a few shades lighter than the Cherry.

It a decent size cutting board perfect for display or use.
The cutting board has no added chemicals so it is food safe. It has been treated with mineral oil which should be added on store a regular basis to keep the wood from drying out.
You can use the engraved side for cutting however that will damage the engraving over time. I always suggest using the back side for cutting or just keep as a display piece.
This board looks great. It comes with a wooden stand for counter display. Its a favorite for wedding, anniversary, and home-warming gifts.
