Royal Worcester porcelain twin handled pot pourri jar and cover, of squat bulbous form, the handles as stylised gilt petals, having pierced cover with gilded handle and plain inner lid, puce stamped Royal Worcester store England 1892, shape No.1326.

The chinoiserie inspiration of the bamboo leaves is reminiscent of earlier Royal Worcester work, particularly pieces from the 1870's and 80s at the height of the aesthetic movement.

A charming dressing table piece in excellent vintage condition.
