Vintage lamp; store raised design turquoise/brown; hand painted.

The lamp features an MCM ceramic on wood base. The lamp has a semi cylindrical top then tapers down then gets bulbous a to mid point then tapers a bit more. The lamp has a turquoise glaze; maybe Mexican inspired with an incised and raised design at top and in the bulbous design with intervals of relief medallion style. The rest is dark browns in the recessed areas of design and a store horizontal circular sweeping design at top and bottom. The lamp works and was professionally re wired. No harp. A couple of red marker spots on metal where harp was connected. Sod as is. The lamp appears to be hand painted. The bottom ceramic is slightly off kilter from the brown wood base. Good condition; no damage. Age related issues with base, light nicks, a black marker spot near edge and a few wear spots. The ceramic appears ok; a light, fine surface wear crazing and some surface wear but minimal. Anything unusual was made that way. The top metal wear is tarnished; light pitting, age related darkness and dirt due to age/use. A very cool, stylish lamp. Measures 27" from base to top of socket. 22" ish from bottom to top of ceramic, then 6" X 6".
